Clara was born in Palmi, South of Italy, on the 24th of July 1994. Since her teenage years, she has been passionate about travelling and wildlife and literature, feeding her taste for poetry and sport such as running. She moved to London at the age of 19 years old, following her love for Design and Marketing. She attended the course of Design Management and Culture at London College of Communication (UAL) where she had the opportunity to experiment business combined with humanities disciplines.

Wine is mostly considered a synonym of an “enjoyable moment”, but the experience of tasting wine can be very stressful for those who think that an education about the subject is essential. Nevertheless, the enjoyment of wine is not related to a general understanding of wine. Millennial consumers seem to be more sensitive to this problem and this project explores their perception of experiencing wine and also what they expect from the service of wine tasting. The final outcome of this project is to propose an innovative design service shaped for a wine business for Millennials, in order to ease the choice of the product and raise awareness about personal taste.
